Bottom line, Relacore will work and does work for those people who are eating unhealthy or in excess due to stress, anxiety, or plain old boredom. These are all triggers to reach for food and for food that is fast and unhealthy or not needed. Relacore helps uplift your body's harmful stress, and anxiety levels, which in return helps your brain and body focus on what is important. Work can get done much easier, life can get a little more brighter, and you can start feeling better about yourself. In return you remeber what it is that makes you happy. To each their own! I have been dieting for the last eight years and the only direction the scale would go is up. It took me some time before I would try Relacore because all the other products that I have used never worked. I started on Tuesday weighing in at 170 pounds and got on the scale Sunday, five days later, and was shocked to see that I lost 6 pounds. Two days ago I noticed my moods getting so much better and I have a great deal of energy. Relacore is something I would highly recommend.

This is only my third day taking relacore, I noticed a difference the first day with my moods and the calming effect it had on me. It was a great feeling of being relaxed. Also, it has tremendously helped my bowels. I have taken Xenical before, which is a very expensive diet pill, and my body is having those same effects. I lost alot of weight on Xenical, so I am hoping to lose alot on Relacore. Relacore is a great pill to take for mood swings and anxiety and I will probaly continue to take it!

I have taken Relacore for exactly 2 months. I only take one, sometimes 2 pills a day (3 pills are recommended) and I have lost two complete pant sizes and about 10 pounds. EVERYONE sees a difference in me! This is great stuff.

I have been using Relacore for one month. I noticed a difference in 30 minutes after taking. It calmed me down. My husband also noticed that my mood swings were gone almost immediately. I have no more hot flashes and my energy level has increased. I have also lost 7 lbs. I wasn't taking it for weight loss, I was told that it would help my other symptoms, the weight loss is just a bonus for me. As far as the other comments made on this website about people not losing weight in a short time, how long did it take to gain the weight? A month, 3 months, probably not. How can you expect to loose years of weight in just a couple of months. Give it a chance!

I've been taking this product for a month. I don't see any weight loss, but I do see a remarkable improvment in stress level. I've been able to sleep soundly all night for the first time in years. I ordered Relacore for the calming effect and for my belly fat. I do see more definition in my waist line, so perhaps it is working.
