4. How do you take NITRO-TECH?
Add 1 to 2 heaping scoops of NITRO-TECH to 4 to 8 ounces of cold water or skim milk and mix in shaker or stir. Consume 1 to 3 servings of NITRO-TECH daily (depending on your protein needs). NITRO-TECH should be consumed immediately after your workout. For maximum results, consume 3 servings of NITRO-TECH and 1 serving of CELL-TECH daily. 9. Is it OK to cook using NITRO-TECH?
