In the same 8-week studies in which all groups followed a 2000-calorie-per-day diet and did 30 minutes of moderate-intensity cardio, 5 days per week, subjects using the primary ingredients in HYDROXYCUT® (calcium/potassium salt of 60% HCA extract from Garcinia cambogia, niacin-bound chromium, and Gymnema Sylvestre Extract) lost, on average, significantly more weight than subjects using a placebo (14.96 vs. 3.06 lbs. and 12.55 vs. 3.51 lbs.). 7. How do you take HYDROXYCUT Carb Control?

It is important to note that the directions for use for HYDROXYCUT Carb Control are different from other versions of HYDROXYCUT. Please read the labeled instructions noted below.

Directions for Men and Women: As a dietary supplement, take 4 capsules with an 8 fl. oz. glass of water 3 times daily, approximately 30 to 60 minutes before meals (preferably before breakfast, lunch, and dinner) Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 4-hour period and/or 12 capsules in a 24-hour period. Do not take within 5 hours before bedtime. To assess individual tolerance, follow the dosing chart below.

Week 1 1 capsule, 3x daily Week 2 2 capsules, 3x daily Week 3 & beyond 4 capsules, 3x daily

For best results, combine HYDROXYCUT Carb Control with a calorie-reduced, carbohydrate-reduced diet and regular exercise program. Do not snack after dinner. Consume ten 8 fl. oz. glasses of water per day. Read the entire label before use and follow directions.
